Mike Nissly is an Accredited Farm Manager (AFM) with over 30 years’ experience in farm management. Mike graduated with a degree in Agricultural Business from Iowa State University in 1982. He began working with his dad full time that summer.

As a small independent management company, Nissly and Nissly offers very personalized service. It is important that the goals you have for your farmland are understood by your farm manager. At Nissly and Nissly you will work directly with Mike.

Currently our lease portfolio consist of cash rent leases, variable cash rent leases, crop share leases, and custom operations. Depending on your risk capacity we can write a lease that will match your comfort zone and maximize the return on your investment.
